What Is Muay Thai?

Muay Thai, our bread and butter, sometimes referred to as "Thai boxing", a martial art and combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.

This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and Legs.

Muay Thai became widespread internationally in the late-20th to 21st century, when Westernized practitioners from Thailand began competing in kickboxing and mixed marital arts matches as well as matches under Muay Thai rules around the world. Muay Thai is now regarded as the go to stand up striking art by many MMA and UFC fighters

No egos…

Muay Thai is beneficial to people from all walks of life, with one of the biggest misinterpretations of Muay Thai is that it is just a violence sport.

But like many martial arts, Muay Thai also instills important values that are rich in tradition. It has the power to humble, discipline, and also inspire anyone, which is arguably the most important aspect of any martial art. Muay Thai instills in its practitioners many great qualities including courage, humility and resilience.

We also cater to Boxers, Kickboxers, mixed martial artist and anyone after self defence and fitness, who also share the same values as we do.
