Once you have been approved and completed your beginner introductory, you now have the chance to take your technique, combinations, and fitness to the next level. This is where we introduce power striking to your routine in conjunction with the fundamentals you have already learnt. Our most popular class as you continue to develop your skill set while getting super fit.

We break our Intermediates up into three groups:

1 - Intermediate Fundamentals - 100% Muay Thai and Kickboxing. A combinations of freestyle pads work and partnered drills. Skills that allow you to apply your skills in a self-defence or sparing situation.

2 - Intermediate Level 2 - This is our Intermediate sparing class is where we get a chance to implement our skills that we have learnt and apply them in a free style sparing environment. This is to be controlled and focuses on learning and developing. We encourage you to have fun and experiment with your techniques.

3 - Intermediate Conditioning - During this class we focus on sports specific, high intensity strength and conditioning. This is where you get a chance to really push your power output, endurance, and improve your overall fitness level.
